Stephan
Director of field operations
As a Junior Project Manager, I oversee roofing projects from start to finish—handling scheduling, material orders, team coordination, site assessments, and quality control. I work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget, while ensuring safety and compliance. Born and raised in South Jersey, I’m a proud U.S. Army Sergeant with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Oversees all phases of roofing operations—from on-site coordination to final inspection. Known for strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ensures every project is completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Ryan

Ryan Casco is a proud resident of Egg Harbor Township and a Marine Corps veteran. The discipline, integrity, and commitment he developed through his service continue to shape how he approaches both his work and the relationships he builds with homeowners.
Ryan has a genuine passion for helping others and takes pride in guiding homeowners through the roofing process with honesty, clear communication, and attention to detail. He is committed to making every project a smooth and stress-free experience, ensuring each home is protected the right way.
Nothing is more rewarding to Ryan than seeing a homeowner truly happy at the end of a project. For him, it’s about more than just roofing; it’s about trust, service, and delivering results that families can rely on.
Family is at the center of everything Ryan does. He takes great pride in the life he is building with his wife, Angelica, and their daughters, Isabella and Gabriella, who motivate him every day.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether it’s kayaking, swimming, hiking, or simply being outside, he is an outdoorsman at heart.

Director of events and community operations
Courtney is a creative and driven professional who truly enjoys bringing people together and turning ideas into meaningful, memorable experiences. She has a genuine passion for building connections, supporting the community, and making a positive impact wherever she can. Outside of work, you’ll often find her enjoying the outdoors and making special memories with her family.
Luis
field technician
Luis is our go-to field technician and a true problem-solver when it comes to repairs. Whether he’s supporting our gutter team or tackling repairs, he brings a high level of skill, precision, and know-how to every job—earning him a bit of a “repair guru” reputation around here. He’s also known as the Swiss Army knife of the company, always ready to jump in and handle whatever is needed. Outside of work, Luis enjoys playing soccer, going on hikes, and spending quality time with his daughter.

I’m Jeremy Lyson, and for me, this business has never just been about roofing, it’s about people, relationships, and doing things the right way. When I’m not working, I spend most of my time with my wife and our six dogs, enjoying the simple things and staying connected to the life we’ve built together. Family means everything to me, and that same mindset carries into how I treat every homeowner we work with.
I believe choosing a contractor should feel comfortable, not stressful. That’s why I’ve built my approach around transparency, integrity, and communication from start to finish. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no cutting corners, just honest guidance, quality workmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about the people we serve

Im an Army Infantry Veteran and spent most of my career in upstate NY in 10th Mountain Division. I believe in integrity and discipline are a couple of my key values that I cherish the most. When not working, I enjoy golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Paul oversees day-to-day operations and ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Growing up in a construction family, he developed a strong work ethic early and brings hands-on leadership to every job.

I’m a Combat Engineer in the Marine Corps Reserve, where I gain hands-on experience with construction and engineering in challenging environments. Outside of work, I enjoy fly fishing, camping, backpacking, and off-roading—always looking for the next adventure outdoors.

I am the Sales Manager at Veterans Roofing, where I lead our estimating team with the same dedication and precision I learned serving eight years as a Marine Corps Combat Engineer. I take pride in helping homeowners find the right solution for their home while delivering a seamless, professional experience every time.

Chris served in the United States Marine Corps from 2005 to 2014, completing two deployments to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. Those years shaped who I am today—teaching me discipline, accountability, and the importance of taking pride in everything I do.
I bring that same mindset into my work every day, making sure things are done the right way and never cutting corners. For me, it’s about more than just the job—it’s about trust, reliability, and standing behind my work.
Outside of work, I’m married to my wife, Courtney, and value the time we spend together. Family is a big part of who I am, and it’s something that drives me to keep pushing forward.

Ashlee O’Donnell is the creative force behind Veterans Roofing’s brand—and if you’ve seen a video, photo, or post from the company, chances are she’s the one who made it happen.
As the in-house content creator, photographer, videographer, and the voice behind Veterans Roofing’s social media, Ashlee brings the brand to life through high-energy storytelling and eye-catching visuals. From flying drones over job sites to capturing the moments that make the team and community feel like family, she ensures every piece of content reflects the company’s standards—because nothing gets posted without going through her first.
Powered by coffee, blue light glasses and creativity, Ashlee is always on the move—whether she’s behind the camera, editing content, in the gym, or brainstorming the next big idea. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her niece Maycee, who keeps her smiling and grounded no matter how busy life gets.
Her mission? Build a brand people recognize everywhere, create content that actually matters, and help take Veterans Roofing to the next level.
Holly
Technology infrastructure specialist
Holly plays an integral role behind the scenes at Veterans Roofing, helping ensure the company operates efficiently day in and day out. From scheduling appointments and managing website functionality to creating and maintaining the website forms customers interact with, Holly helps keep the customer experience running smoothly.
With a strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth, she is constantly researching and implementing new ways to improve systems, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, creating art, and reading.

Owen manages the production team and ensures every roofing project is executed with precision. With experience ranging from framing custom homes to property management, he brings deep construction knowledge to every project.

Born and raised in South Jersey, John enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2008 and completed two combat deployments in Iraq as an Infantryman. He now volunteers as a firefighter in Sweetwater, NJ, and raises three children with his wife, Samantha. He takes pride in treating every homeowner like family—ask about his favorite Chick-fil-A drink!

Marissa has been a cornerstone of the Veterans Roofing team for nearly three years, bringing unmatched organization and reliability to the heart of our operations. As Office Manager, she plays a critical role in project management administration and homeowner billing—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach and watching football with her husband and son.

Dylan plays a key role behind the scenes, handling material transport, trailer operations, and vehicle maintenance to keep projects running smoothly since 2023. With a strong attention to detail, he takes pride in making sure everything is where it needs to be and operating at a high standard. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys working on vehicles and spending time riding quads.

I was born and raised in South Jersey, growing up in Runnemede and spending my summers in Wildwood, which gave me a strong connection to the communities I now serve. After attending culinary school in Mays Landing, I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, attention to detail, and delivering quality work—values I carry into my career today. I am proud to be part of Veterans Roofing, a military-owned company built on integrity, precision, and accountability. We place a strong emphasis on customer service, ensuring every client feels informed and confident throughout the entire process. Our team is also known for maintaining exceptionally clean job sites and minimizing disruption to homeowners. With a focus on expert installations and long-lasting results, we take pride in doing the job right the first time. My goal is to provide every customer with a seamless experience and a finished product they can trust for years to come.
Cierra

Cierra Fifer is a Lead Specialist at Veterans Roofing, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and customer service. With a strong focus on communication and client care, she ensures every customer receives prompt, reliable support from the first interaction. In addition to her professional role, Cierra has proudly served and still serving in the Air National Guard for 11 years, including a 7-month overseas deployment. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work at Rutgers University–Camden, further strengthening her commitment to helping others.
Outside of work, school, and military service, Cierra values her role as a mother above all dedicated to raising her two sons and supporting her younger sister.
