What Does It Mean?
As a VELUX Certified Installer, Veterans Roofing has been trained in VELUX installation methods and can offer VELUX warranty coverage on installed products. This certification covers the installation of skylights, sun tunnels, and roof windows.
For Homeowners
Why It Matters
Skylight installation involves cutting into the roof, which creates a potential water intrusion point. Proper installation is critical to prevent leaks and ensure the skylight performs as designed. A certified installer has been trained in the specific flashing and sealing methods required by VELUX, which is a condition for warranty coverage.
