Exterior Project Supervisor — Windows, Siding & Doors

"Own the windows, siding, and doors department. Lead the crews. Deliver every project."

The Role

As our Exterior Project Supervisor for the Windows, Siding & Doors department, you'll own the execution of an entire product line that's growing fast. You'll plan, coordinate, and oversee every window, siding, and door project from contract handoff through final completion — managing crews, materials, schedules, quality, and homeowner communication. This is a working supervisory role for someone who knows exterior installation inside and out, can run multiple projects at once, and wants to help build a department rather than just run jobs. As this department scales, you'll be the person who sets the standard and develops the crews beneath you.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of window, siding, and door installation projects from contract to completion
  • Review all contract paperwork, measurements, material specifications, and project scopes for accuracy before installation
  • Schedule crews, material deliveries, dumpsters, and equipment across multiple active projects
  • Lead and develop installation crews on-site, setting and enforcing quality and safety standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during production — communicating timelines, progress, and resolving concerns
  • Conduct pre-job walkthroughs and post-installation quality inspections on every project
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer installation requirements, warranty eligibility, and local building codes
  • Manage project documentation, photos, and updates in AccuLynx
  • Handle on-site issues, change orders, and material shortages efficiently without derailing the schedule
  • Coordinate with the sales team on project handoffs, scope changes, and customer expectations
  • Track department KPIs — project cycle time, quality scores, callback rates, and crew productivity — and report to production leadership
  • Help recruit, onboard, and train installation crews as the department grows

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of exterior construction experience with deep knowledge of window, siding, and door installation
  • 2+ years of crew leadership or project supervision experience in exterior remodeling
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer installation requirements for windows, siding, and doors (vinyl, composite, fiber cement)
  • Ability to read blueprints, contracts, material orders, and measurements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and keep them on schedule and on budget
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and homeowner-relations skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation across South Jersey
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain it
  • Comfortable working at heights and on active construction sites
  • Veterans strongly encouraged to apply — leadership experience translates directly

Compensation

Salary + project completion bonuses. $70,000–$100,000+ depending on experience and department performance.

Benefits

  • •Competitive salary with project completion and department performance bonuses
  • •Health insurance stipend after 90 days
  • •Paid time off and holidays
  • •Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
  • •Manufacturer certification and ongoing training (window, siding, and door products)
  • •Clear path to Director of Production as the department scales
  • •Performance-based quarterly bonuses
  • •Veteran-owned culture that values leadership, ownership, and accountability
