Project Supervisor

The Role
As a Project Supervisor, you'll oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish — managing crews, coordinating materials, ensuring quality, and keeping homeowners informed. You're the bridge between our sales team and our production crews, and you take ownership of every project that lands on your desk. This role requires leadership, organization, and a relentless commitment to doing things right.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple active roofing and exterior projects from contract to completion
- Coordinate crew schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractors
- Conduct pre-job walkthroughs and post-installation quality inspections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during production
- Ensure all work meets Owens Corning Platinum Preferred standards and local building codes
- Manage crew performance, safety compliance, and quality control
- Handle project documentation, photos, and updates in AccuLynx
- Resolve on-site issues and change orders efficiently
What You Bring
- 3+ years of roofing or exterior construction experience
- 1+ years of crew leadership or project management experience
- Deep knowledge of roofing installation methods, materials, and building codes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints, contracts, and material orders
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Veterans strongly encouraged to apply — leadership experience translates directly
Compensation
Salary + project completion bonuses. $65,000–$95,000+ depending on experience and performance.
