Service Technician

The Role
As a Service Technician, you're our first responder. When a homeowner has a leak, a damaged shingle, or a warranty issue, you're the one who shows up, diagnoses the problem, and fixes it — often the same day. This role requires technical skill, problem-solving ability, and the kind of customer-first attitude that turns a stressful situation into a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to service calls for roof leaks, repairs, and warranty issues
- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Perform roofing, siding, and gutter repairs to company standards
- Document all work with photos and detailed notes in AccuLynx
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and repairs
- Coordinate with the sales team when repairs indicate a need for full replacement
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory
- Follow all safety protocols on every job site
What You Bring
- 2+ years of roofing or general construction repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Veterans strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation
Hourly pay + service call bonuses. $25–$38/hour depending on experience. Weekly pay with overtime.
