I’m a proud Marine veteran and business owner, but my most important roles are being a husband and dad. Everything I build in business is meant to support the people I love most at home.
Owner/Operator
I oversee all the day-to-day operations and make sure everything stays on track. I like to stay hands-on, especially when it comes to the bigger or more involved projects. I’ve always had a passion for fishing and surfing—anything on the water is where I’m happiest. I grew up in a construction household and have been driven to work hard from a young age. I’ve held two jobs at a time for as long as I can remember and have always earned everything through dedication and effort. My values are simple: family, loyalty, and respect.

With over 22 years in the construction industry, I’ve developed a real passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. I’m a proud Army veteran, and I live life full speed alongside my partner, a Marine and local law enforcement officer. I’m a mom of four and a dog lover—times five! At the end of the day, I truly believe in treating every customer like family.
Senior Project Manager
I manage the day-to-day operations and lead the entire production team, ensuring each roofing project is executed with precision. My background spans from framing custom homes in Ocean City to property management, ultimately leading me to discover my passion in roofing, where I’ve worked my way up. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and daughter, riding my Harley, golfing, volleyball, and skiing.
Junior Project Manager
As a Junior Project Manager, I oversee roofing projects from start to finish—handling scheduling, material orders, team coordination, site assessments, and quality control. I work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget, while ensuring safety and compliance. Born and raised in South Jersey, I’m a proud U.S. Army Sergeant with a degree in Criminal Justice.

I’m a Combat Engineer in the Marine Corps Reserve, where I gain hands-on experience with construction and engineering in challenging environments. Outside of work, I enjoy fly fishing, camping, backpacking, and off-roading—always looking for the next adventure outdoors.

Born and raised in South Jersey, John enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2008 and completed two combat deployments in Iraq as an Infantryman. He now volunteers as a firefighter in Sweetwater, NJ, and raises three children with his wife, Samantha. He takes pride in treating every homeowner like family—ask about his favorite Chick-fil-A drink!

As Office Manager, she plays a critical role in project management administration and homeowner billing—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach and watching football with her husband and son.

Jamie has been the Human Resources Manager at Veterans Roofing for 3 years, handling permitting, personnel, and warranties. Guided by the Golden Rule, she’s dedicated to smooth operations and team support. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and daughter, and playing Sims.
Lead Generation Specialist
Denise manages sales appointments and handles incoming calls with professionalism and care—ensuring a welcoming experience for every homeowner. A dedicated mother of four boys, she balances work and family with exceptional organization. In her free time, she enjoys beach days with her husband and boys and gardening.

Courtney handles all material ordering to keep projects running smoothly through the process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, getting competitive during family game night, and making lasting memories.

After his service, he returned home to Sweetwater, NJ, where he now volunteers as a firefighter and raises his three children—Raiden, Ryder, and Rylee—with Samantha.
